Mentioning her concern for his safety and begging him not to be "two ventersom" [sic]; asking him to "write [her] what to do" if he is not coming home soon; telling him that she will send his clothing with various captains; giving him news of their family. Margaret Arnold died three weeks later without seeing her husband again.
